Why the Process Matters

Materials play a big role in sustainability, but the way a product is made can have an even larger impact. In fact, the manufacturing process can account for more than 70 percent of a product’s total environmental footprint. That’s why 3D Printable Arts relies on fully in-house additive manufacturing, also known as 3D printing.

By producing every piece ourselves, we use only the material needed for each design and eliminate waste from traditional manufacturing methods. Keeping everything under one roof also removes the need for third-party production and the extra shipping that comes with it.

As a Canadian-based brand, every item is designed and crafted in our Ontario facility, where we follow a strict no-waste approach from start to finish. This process lets us deliver reliable, high-quality products while keeping our environmental impact low.

3D Printing

Our custom in-house 3D printers begin producing your order within an hour of receiving it. Each piece is built layer by layer for precision and consistency. Most products are finished the same day, while larger designs may take up to two days to complete. Either way, we work fast to make sure your order is crafted with care and delivered to your door as quickly as possible.

Quality Check

Every item goes through a careful, hands-on inspection before it leaves our workshop. We refine the surface, smooth out any small imperfections, and highlight the details that make your piece stand out. This extra attention ensures each product meets our standards for durability, finish, and overall craftsmanship.
